REGISTRATION FOR TORQ'D IS NOW OPEN

Now in our second year, we are very proud to announce that TORQ'D 2020 will be taking place on Saturday, May 2 at the Lake Elsinore Storm Stadium. Designed to recognize and acknowledge the “Modern Muscle” domestic market, TORQ'D is an event that combines certain attributes from our traditional SPOCOM events with new innovative ideas to create a groundbreaking spectacle.

Last year TORQ'D was a huge success, with over 400+ cars registered and over 50 vendors on hand. Car crews such as Head Turners, Fast Company, Lethal, 858 Mopars and a host of others came out in full force. And vendors like Injen, aFe, Air Lift, Liqui Moly, MRR Wheels, Voodoo Ride, Ferrada Wheels and many others came out to support TORQ'D USA.

With the move to Lake Elsinore, we are looking for an even higher number of registered cars in 2020. We have two levels of vehicle registration. Our VIP registration comes with (2) wristbands and your car will be entered for competition and judged. Our normal registration option includes (1) wristband for the driver and your vehicle will not be judged or be eligible for any awards. Regardless of the option chosen, car crews and and clubs will still be able to park with each other.

For those of you unfamiliar with TORQ'D and it's concept, TORQ'D was introduced last year for the very first time at the OC Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa. Created by SPOCOM USA, TORQ'D was designed to satisfy a void in the "Modern Muscle" market. There are numerous events for Mopars, Mustangs, Camaros, etc., but no one event that brought the entire community together. We all have our preferences and truth be told we all talk smack about each other, but in the end whether you own a Challenger, Mustang, Charger, Vette or Camaro, we are all enthusiasts with a passion for muscle.

That being said, Ladies and Gentlemen we introduce to you TORQ'D.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THIS FORM

*** IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE***

This agreement, entered into the date listed by and between TORQ'D Show (hereinafter referred to as “Promoter”), and the entity listed on this Vehicle Registration (hereinafter referred to as “Registrant”), is as follows.

Registration

Promoter reserves the right to allow Registrant to register for all or part of the touring car show competition titled TORQ'D Show. (Hereinafter referred to as “Event”). NO PRE-2003 VEHICLES ALLOWED. ONLY DOMESTIC MAKES ALLOWED (FORD, GM, MOPAR).

Payment

A non-refundable 100% payment is due upon submitting this registration form. All payments are non-transferable.  Registrant Move-In are designated by group letters. You will be emailed a scheduled group time 10 days before the event. Please arrive at the scheduled time for entry.

Late arrival

Vehicles that arrive after their scheduled time can be relocated to any location specified by Promoter, or may forfeit their Event participation rights for that specific event.

Subleasing or Sharing

Registrants may not share or sublease their space; this use includes renting, sharing, donating or in any way allowing another company or person to display or advertise in your paid vehicle space. Non-exhibiting Registrants will not be allowed to place stickers, placards, or other signs anywhere at the Event. Additionally, Registrants caught sharing or subleasing vehicle space will be charged an additional $1,000.00 fee and all materials will be confiscated until the end of the show.

Sale of Merchandise

Absolutely NO products may be sold from a vehicle space. Vehicle Registrants & Non-exhibiting Registrants caught selling merchandise will be fined $1000.00 and all merchandise will be confiscated until the end of the show.

Admissible Vehicles

Vehicle displays that are disruptive, objectionable or inappropriate in nature, as interpreted by Promoter, will be removed from event without refund. No vehicle displays are allowed to have DJ music being played during event unless authorized by Promoter. Any vehicle display with models signing autographs must contact Promoter in advance for proper positioning (to avoid aisle blockage and fire hazard). Failure to do so will result in vehicle being removed from the Event.

Force Majeure

If the event cannot take place, in whole or in part, because of an act of God, national emergency, war, labor dispute, fire casualty or other unforeseen occurrence or any other cause beyond the control of Promoter or which Promoter is unable to avoid by exercise of due diligence, Promoter shall have no obligation or liability whatsoever to Registrant as a result thereof. Additionally, dates and location of events may change at any time at the discretion of Promoter.
