REGISTRATION FOR ROUGHLANDS 2021 IS NOW OPEN

In 2019, we decided to add the Off-Road component to our annual SPOCOM Anaheim Super Show. With the success at the event combined with the exponential growth in the Off-Road segment, we at SPOCOM felt that it would be in our best interest to expand on this emerging market.

Today we are very proud to introduce, “ROUGHLANDS” a Premier Off-Road Event. ROUGHLANDS will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at the Silver Lakes Sports Complex in Norco, CA. The event is open to all off-road vehicles and will incorporate similar features from our SPOCOM events.

As mentioned above, registration is open to all off-road vehicles which include but are not limited to Toyota, Lexus, Nissan, Infiniti, Chevy, Ford, Jeep, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Honda, GMC, Lincoln, etc.

With over 300+ off-road vehicles, 50+ vendors, food vendors, games, ROUGHLANDS has something for everyone. So register now and don't wait till the last minute, spaces are limited.

Registration is now open: $45.00 spots are available. These will be sold on a first come first served basis. All competitors will receive 5 raffle tickets, 1 ROUGHLANDS event pack featuring the official event patch, sticker pack and more. Also includes free parking to the event ($12.00).

This agreement, entered into the date listed by and between ROUGHLANDS (hereinafter referred to as “Promoter”), and the entity listed on this Vehicle Registration (hereinafter referred to as “Registrant”), is as follows.

Registration

Promoter reserves the right to allow Registrant to register for all or part of the vehicle competition titled ROUGHLANDS. (Hereinafter referred to as “Event”).

Covid-19 Protocols

Due to the ongoing covid-19 pandemic, we ask all that if you are feeling sick, have a fever or other covid-like symptoms that you please refrain from attending the Event. Temperature checks may be instituted if deemed necessary and if you are found to contain a fever, you will be asked to leave the Event. Masks are not required.

Payment

A non-refundable 100% payment is due upon submitting this registration form. All payments are non-transferable.  Registrant Move-In are designated by group letters. You will be emailed a scheduled roll-in time prior to the event. Please arrive at the scheduled time for entry.

Late arrival

Vehicles that arrive after their scheduled time can be relocated to any location specified by Promoter, or may forfeit their Event participation rights for that specific event.

Subleasing or Sharing

Registrants may not share or sublease their space; this use includes renting, sharing, donating or in any way allowing another company or person to display or advertise in your paid vehicle space. Non-exhibiting Registrants will not be allowed to place stickers, placards, or other signs anywhere at the Event. Additionally, Registrants caught sharing or subleasing vehicle space will be charged an additional $1,000.00 fee and all materials will be confiscated until the end of the show.

Sale of Merchandise

Absolutely NO products may be sold from a vehicle space. Vehicle Registrants & Non-exhibiting Registrants caught selling merchandise will be fined $1000.00 and all merchandise will be confiscated until the end of the show.

Admissible Vehicles

Vehicle displays that are disruptive, objectionable or inappropriate in nature, as interpreted by Promoter, will be removed from event without refund. No vehicle displays are allowed to have DJ music being played during event unless authorized by Promoter. Any vehicle display with models signing autographs must contact Promoter in advance for proper positioning (to avoid aisle blockage and fire hazard). Failure to do so will result in vehicle being removed from the Event.

Force Majeure

If the event cannot take place, in whole or in part, because of an act of God, pandemic, national emergency, war, labor dispute, fire casualty or other unforeseen occurrence or any other cause beyond the control of Promoter or which Promoter is unable to avoid by exercise of due diligence, Promoter shall have no obligation or liability whatsoever to Registrant as a result thereof. Additionally, dates and location of events may change at any time at the discretion of Promoter.
